From the moment you step through the door, you’ll feel right at home. The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and spacious kitchen/dining area, ideal for slow breakfasts or evening catch-ups over a glass of wine. Just beyond, the cosy lounge invites you to relax, complete with a TV and gorgeous French doors that open out onto your own private decking, with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and direct access to your very own dock on the river. Whether you’re an avid angler or just enjoy watching the gentle flow of the water, this spot is perfect for fishing, or just soaking up the peace and quiet.

Upstairs, the cottage features a lovely main bedroom with comfy double bed and its own private balcony overlooking the river – imagine waking up to those views each morning! There’s also a spacious twin bedroom and a shared bathroom, making this the ideal getaway for families or small groups.

We haven’t forgotten your four-legged family members either! Sleepy Hollow is proudly pet-friendly, and we even include a welcome pack for both you and your dogs to help everyone settle in and start relaxing right away. Stratford Parks is proudly a pets paradise, with dog-walking field and lots of local walks along the river, as well as our dog friendly Muddy Oar Bar at the Riverside Venue.
