Having initially viewed park homes at the NEC, we decided one would be our next home. We looked at a few residential park home sites but fell in love with Welford Chase as it was a small site, next to a beautiful river and just across the bridge to a pub & restaurant. Having lived here since September 2019 we still feel like we are on holiday when we sit on our balcony with a glass of wine!! Our neighbours are great and there is a lovely community spirit amongst the residents. We are so pleased we downsized to our park home at Welford Chase.

I have always visited Stratford upon Avon and over time I got to know the surrounding areas and Welford has always been somewhere I have loved. It's so pretty on the river with so much to offer for such a small village. I hear often how uncommon it is these days to have even one pub in a village but to have 3, as well as a very good butchers and a well-stocked shop there really isn't much more you need! The staff and neighbours have been so welcoming and accommodating and I am very much looking forward to future park gatherings and enjoying my new home.

We have had holidays with Avon Estates for a number of years now and have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. We hadn't really considered a park home but when we saw that they were doing a development at Welford we just couldn't resist taking a look. When we first arrived my wife's smile said it all and before we knew it we were putting a deposit down! It really is a lovely way of life here, it's a small and intimate park in such a great village with so much just on your doorstep. I can honestly say it's been the best decision we have ever made!

We really love our park home and were blown away by the quality of the home itself when we first saw it. It's extremely light and airy and we have a beautiful riverside view which we really enjoy from the decking on a summers evening. My husband is a keen fisherman and he is out most days either just a stones throw away or at one of the many riverside coves around the village. The surroundings of the park are stunning and there's so much to see. Stratford is only 15 minutes down the road and the Cotswolds only 30 minutes away so its the perfect location for a day trip visiting all of the quaint chocolate box villages that we have always loved!
