We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operations of our busy Riverside Bar & Restaurant at Avon Estates.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional to manage all aspects of the venue, including restaurant and bar operations, events and conference facilities, team leadership, customer experience, stock control and commercial performance.
Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management team, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience.

This position requires a proactive and dependable individual who takes genuine pride in their work, particularly in delivering high-quality food presentation for our guests.
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for supporting all aspects of kitchen operations, including service delivery, food safety, and maintaining the high standards expected across the business. Commis Chef
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing high-quality dishes across all our outlets—including the Muddy Oar Bar, Gallery Kitchen Restaurant, and our vibrant outdoor catering operations—helping us deliver consistently exceptional food and memorable dining experiences for every guest.
You’ll take real pride in your work, maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment while strictly adhering to all food hygiene and safety standards. Maintenance Operative
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our team, playing a key role in keeping our Holiday Parks maintained to an exceptional standard. Working both independently and alongside colleagues, you will carry out a range of general maintenance and groundskeeping duties, including grass cutting, strimming, weeding, and completing remedial works across the parks. You will also support larger maintenance projects, assist with the siting of new holiday homes, and help ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds maintenance, basic repairs, and tool upkeep.
