Grounds & Maintenance Operative
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Operative to join our team, playing a key role in keeping our Holiday Parks maintained to an exceptional standard. Working both independently and alongside colleagues, you will carry out a range of general maintenance and groundskeeping duties, including grass cutting, strimming, weeding, and completing remedial works across the parks. You will also support larger maintenance projects, assist with the siting of new holiday homes, and help ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds maintenance, basic repairs, and tool upkeep.
