Broadmeadow Touring Park…Two Stunning Lakes
Nestled in our touring caravan park are two private lakes, offering a peaceful retreat amid the countryside. Guests can unwind by the water’s edge, enjoying the serene surroundings and scenic views. With the gentle breeze rustling the trees and the calm waters reflecting the beauty of nature, it’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Fishing at Broadmeadow
Our lakes can be used for fishing but are not constantly stocked so to avoid any disappointment, we do kindly ask that you check with our team prior to booking.
Fishing Rules
- No braided line
- No barbed hooks
- No boilies
- No keep nets
- No ground bait
- No PVA bag
- Only inline feeders, no elasticated feeders
- Please use un-hooking mats for Carp
- Please ensure your landings nets are disinfected
- Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult
- Please do not leave fishing tackle unattended in or around the lakes
- Please do not leave any line/hooks in or around the lakes
- Rod license required
Dog Friendly
We know pets are part of the family, which is why we warmly welcome well-behaved pets at our touring park.
With a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch, our touring park has a dedicated dog walking area. There are also a wide range of pet-friendly spots in local area.
Laundry and Dishwashing Facilities
We have facilities for washing your laundry, as well as a well-maintained dishwashing area for your use if required.
Toilets and Showers
For your convenience there are ample toilet and shower facilities available on-site, always regularly cleaned for your use at any time.
There are two large shower blocks (only one block open in low season) and a family bathroom.

A very friendly place to stay. Has an Adult only section for those wanting peace and quiet. Two good fishing lakes available only to those on site. Secure place to stay as gated entrance.

I highly recommend Broadmeadow Park. It is a very well run, clean, well maintained and very peaceful place to stay. A walk around the lake watching the wildlife is very relaxing.
A 10 minute walk and you are in the town centre. Morrisons is just along the road 5 minutes from the site for anything you might need. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Easy walk into town or lovely walks direct from site. So nice not to have to drive everywhere.
