As part of your Avon Estates benefits, you can access to The Welcombe Hotel through our complimentary pass scheme.
With access available throughout the year, this scheme gives Owners the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and golf course.
Take a refreshing dip in the 15-metre swimming pool, or just kick back and relax with a book on one of the heated, poolside stone beds. Unwind in the Swedish sauna or steam room, or experience the bliss of the outdoor vitality pool.
For golf enthusiasts, enjoy access to the immaculate 18-hole, par-70 golf course. - 6 complimentary passes are available each day
- Passes are allocated on a first come, first served basis
- Spa access is available 7 days a week for up to 2 people
- Golf access is available 7 days a week for up to 4 people, subject to tee-time availability
- The Avon Estates Owner or Resident must be present during the visit
