No Site Fees to Pay Until 2025 – Terms and Conditions

• New customers will receive free pitch fees from the date of the completed purchase until 31^st December 2024 (the free pitch fee period) when they purchase selected homes between 01 August 2023 and 30th September 2023.
• Available to new customers, previous owners and existing owners on the purchase of a second unit.
• This offer is only available from 01 August 2023 and 30th September 2023.
• Offer is valid on selected models at Stratford Parks Holiday Park.
• All Customers who complete the purchase of selected holiday homes during the Offer Period will not pay any pitch fees from the date of completed purchase until 31 December 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, New Customers who take up this offer (Purchasers) will be responsible for full pitch fees from 1 January 2025 onwards at the then current rates for their selected pitch inclusive of any increases for the previous year/s pitch fees.
• As well as the cost of the holiday home itself, New Customers who take up this offer will also have to pay all other costs associated with the holiday home, including but not limited to any costs normally charged in connection with running costs including insurance, electricity, gas, local authority rates and the maintenance of the holiday home such as winterisation and compulsory safety checks.
• This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
• Purchasers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions on completion of the purchase of their holiday home. Purchasers will be required to sign a sale and pitch licence agreement, and a sample copy can provided on request.
• Minimum purchase price applies.
• 2025 pitch fees will be invoiced in advance, in November 2024 at the published rate for the forthcoming season.

Owner Referral Scheme

• A credit of £1,000 (“the Referral Credit”) will be made to the account of an existing Avon Estates holiday home owner (“Existing Owner”) for all New Customer referrals made in accordance with these terms and conditions. A “New Customer” is someone who retains their holiday home for more than 30 days following completion of the purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Self-referrals are excluded from this promotion. Referral introductions made by an Existing Owner must be received by 31st December 2023. In addition, the New Customer must have completed the purchase transaction of their Avon Estates holiday home by 31st December 2023.
• The referral introduction must be made in writing via the completion of the owner referral form and presentation of the referral voucher through the Owner Services Team or Holiday Home Sales Team on park prior to the New Customer’s holiday home purchase being completed.
• The Referral Credit of £1,000 value for each New Customer that buys a holiday home is credited to the Existing Owner’s account and cannot be exchanged for cash. The purchase of the holiday home to a New Customer following a referral must be fully complete and the New Customer must not have cancelled their sale during the Cancellation Period before the credits are made payable to the Existing Owner’s account.
• The holiday home purchased must be from Avon Estates’ own stock. Monies could take up to 6 weeks from completion of the sale to be credited to the Existing Owner’s account. Avon Estates reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this offer at any time.

Owner Wine Survey

• Two bottles of wine of Avon Estates choosing will be supplied to the owner Stratford Parks owner upon completion of the survey.
• To be eligible for the wine, the Stratford Parks owner must visit three holiday homes on Stratford Parks accompanied by the Holiday Home Sales team.
• The Stratford Parks owner must let the Holiday Home Sales team appraise their existing holiday home.
• Available to existing customers only.
• This offer is valid until 30 September 2023.
• This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• Wine gifts are limited to one per pitch.
• Owners are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon completion of the survey.
