After a successful launch of our first ever Park Home Living and Part-Exchange Event at the Riverside Venue Bar and Restaurant, at our site Stratford Parks, we are hosting another festive event on Friday 5th December!
It’s a fantastic opportunity to:
- Meet our residents and hear first-hand what they love about the lifestyle of Residential Park Home Living.
- Enjoy insightful talks from Special Guest Speakers, covering everything from our Part-Exchange Scheme with Karen from A2B Assured Move and practical advice from Caroline from Tidy Home Tidy Mind, on dressing your home for Christmas, along with downsizing and de-cluttering tips.
- Find out everything Residential Park Home Living, with insights into our parks, homes, communities and the lifestyle from expert Suzanne.
- Indulge in complimentary refreshments, with light lunch and drinks included.
- Relax at the Riverside Venue Bar and Restaurant, located at one of our sister sites in the group, Stratford Parks, and find out what it means to be part of the Avon Estates family.
What happens at our Park Home Open Events?
You’ll have the opportunity to meet our residential manager Suzanne, who will hand you the keys to view our luxury fully furnished Residential Park Homes at your leisure.
You’ll have the opportunity to take a stroll around our park, where you may encounter some residents, providing you with the chance to meet your potential new community.
Afterwards, we’ll invite you for a cuppa and a chat to discuss your preferences for a residential park lifestyle, along with information about the local area and our offers, such as the Part-Exchang Scheme. Throughout the day we’ll be available to answer any questions you may have.
It’s a relaxed, informal day for you to explore the lifestyle at your own pace, with our team on hand to assist you as needed.
