We would like to inform you about the parking charges now in place at our Riverside Venue car park. Free parking is available for guests at The Riverside Venue, but you must follow the parking process below…
Here’s How It Works:
Payment: Please pay for parking at the ticket machine upon arrival.
Redemption: You can redeem the parking cost when you eat or drink at our bar or restaurant. Simply show your parking receipt to our team. This offer is valid only on the day shown on the parking receipt.
Minimum Spend: To redeem the full parking amount, your food or drink bill must be at least equal to the parking ticket cost. If your bill is less, you will not receive the full parking refund.
Important: If you stay longer than the period you paid for, please pay the additional amount at the ticket machine before leaving. Keep the receipt to avoid any fines from the parking company. Please note that the car park is operated by an independent company, and any charges or fines are managed by them directly. The Riverside Venue cannot be held responsible for any issues pertaining to the car park. For more details, please check the signage in the car park.
