For Nic, Avon Estates is his life’s work, his heritage and his passion, with family at the heart of it all.
Founded in 1984 by his Mum and Dad with 7 employees and 3 parks, their vision was to create unforgettable holidays, foster close-knit communities and build memories that last a lifetime. That vision hasn’t changed.
Today, Avon Estates has grown into a collection of 14 parks, supported by a dedicated team of 70 who all share the same family values it was built on.
For Nic, this business is more than a career, it’s his life. Family weekends spent on the parks speaking to customers, at age 11 launching his career on the sweet machine, to learning all about Sales and leading Avon Estates as you see today.
Nic’s passion and dedication to excellence drives him to carry the vision forward, not just for his family, but for every customer who chooses to be part of the Avon Estates Family.
