Back in 1984, Avon Estates opened its very first office with barely any equipment, no money and a small team led by Nic’s Mum and Dad. Yet it was built on something far stronger.
Determination, belief and family at the heart of it all.
Forty-one years later, Nic leads the company as you see today, with more than 70 dedicated team members, all committed to carrying forward the same family values the business was first built upon.
In this special video, Nic and Carol reminisce about the early days, share treasured family memories, and reflect on how being a family-run business has shaped Avon Estates today.
