Both our Stratford and Premium Caravans come with a private parking bay and outside seating enabling our guests to make the most of our beautiful location on the banks of the River Avon.
Some units on our caravan park in Stratford-upon-Avon are dog friendly, so you can also save on the kennel fees and bring your four-legged friend along! All units are non-smoking.

With ramp access, an extra wide doorway, low level work surfaces and sliding doors, our wheelchair accessible unit on our caravan park in Stratford-upon-Avon provides plenty of extra space to ensure moving around isn’t a challenge. With a double bedroom, twin room plus a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, it comfortably sleeps up to six people and includes a wet room with all the adaptions you would require.

What’s included?
The cost of your caravan holiday home includes bed linen, kitchen utensils, fridge/freezer, hairdryer and pull-out sofa bed (2 bed models only). You will need to bring your own towels and tea-towels.

All prices are based on up to 4 people sharing.
Caravans can be booked:
Monday to Friday (4 nights), Friday to Monday (3 nights), 14 or 7 night stays available from Friday, Saturday or Monday.
Check in time: 4.00 pm, Check out time: 9.30 am

Payments:
We require a 25% deposit of the full booking price, payable in full 42 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 42 days of your arrival date, full payment is required on booking.
Pricing will change depending if your stay falls between the low and high season dates or Bank Holidays.
Low Season: 28th March – 31st March/ 29th April – 1st May / 6th May – 22nd May / 1st September – 23rd October
High Season: 1st April – 28th April / 2nd May – 5th May / 23rd May – 31st August / 24th October – 2nd November
Bank Holidays: 18th April / 21st April / 5th May / 26th May / 25th August
