Our contemporary lodges provide stunning river views*, so just relax and watch the swans and ducks glide past!
Some are dog-friendly too so you can bring your best friend on holiday! (maximum 2 dogs per accommodation)
Riverside lodges offer spacious accommodation extending to the outdoors on the enclosed decking. The open plan lounge, dining room and fully fitted modern kitchen look out through a wall of windows onto the River Avon. The bedrooms offer king/double beds with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. A main bathroom gives the added luxury of a full size bath with shower overhead.
The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds the children will love. Each lodge comes with central heating, double glazing, large screen TV’s, DVD, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the decking you will find table, chairs and BBQ for that al-fresco dining and a patio umbrella to keep you cool on hot sunny days.

What’s included?
The cost of your luxury lodge includes balcony/decking, BBQ, bath, bed linen, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and tea towels.
2024 Lodge Prices
All prices are based on up to 4 people sharing.
Lodges can be booked:
Monday to Friday (4 nights), Friday to Monday (3 nights), 7 night stays available from Friday, Saturday or Monday.
Check in time: 4.00 pm, Check out time: 9.30 am.

Payments:
We require a £100 deposit per week / short break booked.
Balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 28 days of your arrival date, full payment is required on booking.
Pricing will change depending if your stay falls between the low and high season dates or Bank Holidays.
Low Season: 8th April – 2nd May / 7th May -23rd May / 1st June -30th June / 2nd September – 3rd November
High Season: 22nd March – 7th April / 3rd May – 6th May / 24th May – 31st May / 1st July – 1st September
Bank Holidays: 29th March / 1st April / 6th and 27th May / 26th August

Extra Costs:
Prices are based on a 2-bedroom lodge, sleeping up to 4 people.
We do have 3-bedroom lodges, sleeping up to 6 (where available) with an Extra Person charge of:
- £50 per week, per person
- £30 per short break, per person
Dogs can be accommodated in our Dog-Friendly accommodation with a charge of £20.

Some of our accommodation is pet-friendly so if you have any allergies please call us so we can ensure you are allocated pet-free accommodation.
