Three beautiful self-catering cottages right on the riverfront for a peaceful holiday in picturesque surroundings.
Each offers access to the river for fishing* (available during fishing season, 16th June- 16th March), or simply watching the activity on the river! Cottages are available for week-long bookings beginning on Saturdays.
Parking is available next to each accommodation.

Sleepy Hollow is our two storey cottage, entering into the light and spacious kitchen/dining room, moving through to the lounge with French doors onto the decking area. Upstairs you will find a main bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom.

Kingfisher Cottage is all on one level with two bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining room with French doors leading out onto an enclosed decking area. Modern kitchen and shower room complete this bijou accommodation.

Our contemporary Riverscape Lodge is modern yet comfortable with large airy rooms giving wonderful views of the River Avon. Boasting an open plan living space and impressive kitchen, you’ll feel right at home. Outside is a private decking area with BBQ.

Dog Friendly Accommodation
All 3 cottages are dog-friendly because your best friend deserves a holiday too!
We allow a maximum of two dogs per cottage. There is a dedicated dog walking field on the park so your pooch can stretch their legs plus lots of pretty walks locally.
Our bar, The Muddy Oar is also dog friendly so you can all enjoy a refreshing drink after your walk.

We offer an optional cancellation plan should you need to use it.
What’s included?
The cost of your holiday cottage includes balcony/decking, BBQ, bath, bed linen, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, towels and tea towels. Riverscape also includes a washing machine.
2023 Cottage Prices
All prices are based on 4 people sharing.
Cottages can be booked:
For 7 or 14 night breaks starting on a Saturday.
Check in time: 4.00 pm, Check out time: 9.30 am
Payments:
We require a £100 deposit per week.
Balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 28 days of your arrival date, full payment is required on booking.
