Our contemporary lodges provide stunning river views*, so just relax and watch the swans and ducks glide past!
Some are dog-friendly too so you can bring your best friend on holiday! (maximum 2 dogs per accommodation)
Riverside lodges offer spacious accommodation extending to the outdoors on the enclosed decking. The open plan lounge, dining room and fully fitted modern kitchen look out through a wall of windows onto the River Avon. The bedrooms offer king/double beds with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. A main bathroom gives the added luxury of a full size bath with shower overhead.
The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds the children will love. Each lodge comes with central heating, double glazing, large screen TV’s, DVD, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On the decking you will find table, chairs and BBQ for that al-fresco dining and a patio umbrella to keep you cool on hot sunny days.

What’s included?
The cost of your luxury lodge includes balcony/decking, BBQ, bath, bed linen, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and tea towels.
2025 Lodge Prices
All prices are based on up to 4 people sharing.
Lodges can be booked:
Monday to Friday (4 nights), Friday to Monday (3 nights), 14 or 7 night stays available from Friday, Saturday or Monday.
Check in time: 4.00 pm, Check out time: 9.30 am.

Payments:
We require a 25% deposit of the full booking price, payable in full 42 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 42 days of your arrival date, full payment is required on booking.
Pricing will change depending if your stay falls between the low and high season dates or Bank Holidays.
Low Season: 28th April – 1st May / 6th May – 25th May / 1st September – 31st October
High Season: 1st April – 27th April / 26th May – 1st June / 1st July – 31st August
Bank Holidays: 18th April / 21st April / 5th May / 26th May / 25th August
