Our riverside park offers touring holidays for Touring Caravans, Motorhomes & Campervans, with a varied selection of well-tended grass pitches, all with 10-amp electric hook-ups.
You can book touring stays for a minimum of two nights. With our excellent park facilities, you’re sure to have a wonderful stay
Additionally, at Stratford Parks, we offer Cottages, Lodges, Caravan accommodation, and Glamping.

What’s Included?
A range of touring and park facilities for your enjoyment on park:
- Well-tended Grass Pitches
- Pitches for Touring Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans.
- One Awning and One Car permitted.
- 10-Amp hook-ups
- Water Taps positioned around the park
- Waste disposal for black and grey waste
- Dog-Friendly (max 2 dogs)
- Please note that we do not accept tents of any kind.
Other features:
- Limited pitches for American RV’s and Fifth Wheelers
- Group Bookings permitted.
- We have a handful of beautifully positioned riverfront pitches (overlooking the River Avon) and Riverside Pitches (a few minutes’ walk away from the river)
- Minimum 2-night stay at weekends requirement, with a minimum of 3-night during Bank Holiday weekend.
Please note, unfortunately we do not accept any gazebos or tents of any kind when touring with us, only awnings fixed to your caravan or tourer are accepted. If you are unsure, please call the team on 01789 299492 to check.

Touring Pitches
Riverfront and Riverside Pitches
We have Riverfront pitches available directly overlooking the River Avon, as well as Riverside pitches, that are only a few minutes walk to the river, across the touring field.
Group bookings
Group Bookings – groups are very much welcome at our touring caravan site in Stratford-upon-Avon but we do kindly ask that each unit is booked with us individually. We can assure you that your bookings will be linked and we will do our utmost to ensure your party is kept together onsite.
Awnings
Please note, unfortunately we do not accept any gazebos or tents of any kind when touring with us, only awnings fixed to your caravan or tourer are accepted. If you are unsure, please call the team on 01789 299492 to check.
American RV’s and Fifth Wheeler Units
Our space for American RV’s and Fifth Wheeler units is a little limited so we do ask that guests please check with our booking team direct to check availability prior to booking.
Staying with us
We do have a minimum 2 night stay at weekends requirement with a minimum of 3 nights during Bank Holiday weekends. Please note that we do not accept tents of any kind.

Holiday breaks at Strafford Parks include access to our fabulous Riverside Venue, where guests can dine at our restaurant, relax in our stylish bar, or hire our event space for special occasions.
The Muddy Oar – Cozy up in the seating booths with a glass of wine or watch the big game in the sports viewing lounge.
The Galley Kitchen – Enjoy a classic Sunday roast or our sizzling lava stone menu with family and friends.
The Upper Deck – Our fantastic events space hosts activities from bingo to live music throughout the season (please check the events calendar). It is also available for private hire.
We also host a range of outdoor events, from dog shows to funfairs, circuses, and much more (check our events calendar).
With panoramic views of the River Avon and Welcombe Hills beyond, this is the perfect spot to relax with good food, drinks, and good company.

A stylish bar and lounge area, The Muddy Oar offers cosy seating booths and a selection of mouth-watering food and drink. Booking isn’t required, tables are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prices are based on 2 adults with EHU per pitch and include an awning.
Riverfront pitches overlooking the River Avon are priced at an additional cost to those that are Riverside pitches (a few minutes’ walk away from the River Avon). Please note that we do not accept tents or gazebos of any kind.
We require a 25% deposit of the full booking price, payable in full 42 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 42 days of your arrival date, full payment is required on booking.

Multiple Pitch BookingsIf you are visiting with friends or family, each pitch / unit must be booked individually. We will require name, email, postal address and telephone number for each booking. We will not accept multiple bookings in the same name.
