At Stratford Parks, our guests can enjoy having a holiday close to the River Avon, with the benefits of our excellent on-site facilities and lots of fun things to do on park.

Standing tall at the heart of the park is our spectacular bar and restaurant. Spend time relaxing on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the views, or indulge in a light lunch or sumptuous evening meal. We have three options that each offer something different:

The Muddy Oar Bar: A modern bar where you can enjoy drinks and meals. You can cosy up in seating booths or watch sports in the lounge.

The Galley Kitchen Restaurant: Enjoy classic dishes like Sunday roast or sizzling lava stone meals with family or friends.

The Upper Deck (Room Hire): This is a great space for events. It hosts various events and can also be hired for private events.

There’s also a sports viewing area in the bar and kids movies and major sporting events played on our Big Outdoor Screen throughout the summer!

Unique River Taxi Service

Operating 22nd March – 31st October
Hop on our River Taxi* for a unique trip into the town centre. Enjoy the beautiful riverside views and don’t worry about having to find a parking space in Stratford-upon-Avon. Simply hop aboard and enjoy the ride.

The first boat will depart the park at the back of the Riverside Venue at 10:00am and the last boat leaves Stratford-upon-Avon at 5:20pm, by the rowing club, opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

There are two boats, with a maximum of 6 passengers per boat and the prices for the 2024 season are:
Adults £3 / Children (under 12): £2 / Dogs: £1

Family Fun at Stratford Parks!

Cast your line and reel in some fun with over a mile and a half of private fishing* rights during the fishing season from 16th June to 16th March.

Hop aboard our River Taxi* for a quick ride to the town centre for a bit of shopping excitement. Then, return to the park for another scenic journey filled with laughter and smiles. Treat yourself to a cool glass of wine on the balcony of the Riverside Venue, our trendy Bar & Restaurant and soak in the stunning views of the Welcombe hills and beyond.

For the little ones, there’s endless entertainment with a children’s play area and crazy golf*. Join in the action with a friendly game of football or basketball at our multi-sports area. With plenty on-site, you’ll never be short of things to do.

And don’t forget to take a leisurely stroll around the parks to spot some wildlife – we’re proud recipients of the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award.
