Located just a short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, with the River Avon flowing through our park, Stratford Parks offers an amazing lifestyle for our holiday home owners.
Enjoy our fantastic location by standing on the footbridge over the river, taking in the beautiful views, and watching the swans and ducks glide past. Our park is perfect for outdoor relaxation, with opportunities for picnics by the river, leisurely walks around the park, and relaxing river taxi rides into town.
When you’re in the mood for some fun, take advantage of our park facilities, which include the Riverside Venue Restaurant and Bar, events*, fishing*, crazy golf*, children’s play area and more!
Lots to do on park!
There’s plenty on the park to keep you entertained during your stay.
With over a mile and a half of private fishing* rights (during fishing season: 16th June to 16th March), find yourself a nice spot on the riverbank and see what you can hook. We are proud of our David Bellamy Gold conservation award, so you are welcome to take a leisurely stroll around the parks and see what wildlife you can spot.
Hop on the river taxi for the short journey to the town centre for some retail therapy, then head back for a return journey to the park. Follow that with a nice cool glass of wine sitting on the balcony at the Riverside Venue, our contemporary Bar & Restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Welcombe hills and beyond.
For the younger members of the family, head over to our children’s play area or have a go at crazy golf. Join in with a game of football or basketball at our multi sports area. There is so much to do on your family holiday in Warwickshire.

The Riverside Venue
After a busy day of exploring, visit the Riverside Venue, our unique spot for food, drinks, and events with stunning views of the River Avon.
We have three options that each offer something different:
The Muddy Oar: A modern bar where you can enjoy drinks and meals. You can cosy up in the seating booths or watch sports in the lounge.
The Galley Kitchen: Enjoy classic dishes like Sunday roast or our sizzling lava stone steaks with family or friends.
The Upper Deck: This is a great space for events and can be hired for private events.
There’s also a sports viewing area.
