Buying a holiday home is a big decision. Location, lifestyle and choosing the right type of holiday home are all important factors and we hope this guide will help you.

Your first four steps to owning a holiday home

 

1. Choose your location

You want to be somewhere you love, and somewhere you’ll enjoy returning to again and again. Consider how far away from your residential home it is and how long it will take to travel.  We have a choice of 3 holiday home parks; either here at Stratford Parks, Wixford Grange and Firefly Fields – all located within easy reach of world-famous Stratford-upon-Avon.

2. Understand the costs

We have a holiday home to suit your taste and budget. It’s important to understand the costs before you commit though. Consider outgoings such as insurance, gas and electric.

Site fees on our parks start from £2,740.07

When considering the purchase of a holiday home, the deposit is 10% of the purchase price. We can help with finance options too, just ask our team.

3. Choose a holiday home

We have a range of holiday homes including quality pre-owned caravans and lodges going all the way up to brand new from our trusted manufacturers, 2 or 3 bedrooms whilst all the time offering a plethora of layouts, styles and luxury living for you to choose from.

Make sure the plot is going to be right for you too – we have 3 areas to the park so choose whether you want to be in a quieter spot, close to the river or within reach of the bar!

4. Arrange a visit

The only way you can truly experience the park is to book a visit. This will give you a feel for what it would be like to be an owner here at Stratford Parks.

Our team will meet and greet you before taking you on a tour to see all the facilities and a selection of the homes for sale. They will answer all your questions about ownership including explaining the owner benefits, part-exchange options and finance packages available to you.
